A museum experience under $10

In Corona Queens, you can hit up the Louis Armstrong House Museum for only 8 bucks.

It's about an hour long tour of his former home, you can see where he sat for meals, where he slept, where he listened to music.

It's an amazing experience and not even double digit dollar.

East Village Vegetarian

B&H Dairy Restaurant in the East Village is a really good deal for vegetarian friendly food. Hearty, yummy and surprisingly uncrowded.

Zucco L.E.S. French Diner!

Ok, just kidding, it's really Zucco: Le French Diner but L.E.S. could be what brought him to the Lower East Side in the first place.

Tonight was a long and tiring day (that is still going on.) for my 9pm lunch break I went to Zucco. I really just wanted to eat something quick, but I decided to leave the job and chill out for a bit.

Zucco waited on me, I got the Asparagus soup which took me a minute to realize what it was, as his accent is authentic and all. I ordered a Salmon sandwich and it was perfect. Everything tasted amazing. $6 for the soup and $10 for the sandwich. The timing was exactly what I needed. I ate the soup and bread for about 15 minutes and then my sandwich was made for me. Like they know just when I was in the right moment and ready to experience that sandwich.

A Simple L.E.S. Breakfast

Until 1pm any day you can get a quick coffee & breakfast at Bruschetteria.

It's chibatta bread with either cream cheese or butter and a coffee, it's better than a silly bagel any day!

Ask for the Breakfast Special.

The Brooklyn Heights Promenade

Walks are always free and the Brooklyn Heights Promenade is a gorgeous vantage point to see Manhattan from the Southeast, see the city as you stand above the cars traveling the BQE.
